One of the largest Mazda Dealerships in the United States is looking for A, B,
C technician for our growing service department. Must be able to work in a
fast-paced work environment and maintain a high level of productivity and
professionalism. Must be able to work ends and one night a week.

Responsibilities include the following:
- Examining customer vehicles.
- Identifying necessary vehicle repairs and maintenance.
- Estimating cost of repairs.
- Performing vehicle repairs and maintenance.
- Documenting services performed.
- Performing services efficiently and according to dealership guidelines.
- Following dealership and manufacturer service guidelines.
- Requesting necessary parts.
- Maintaining CSI (Customer Service Index) at or above Company standards
- Maintaining an organized, clean and safe work area
- Participating in required training
- Recording all hours worked accurately in Company timekeeping system
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:

Education/Experience:
- Knowledge of automotive parts and systems. Demonstrable mechanical skills and knowledge.
- Technical training or commensurate technical experience required.
- Certificates and Licenses
- Valid Insurable Driver’s License
Computer Skills:
- Basic Computer skills to utilize timekeeping system.
- Ability to learn parts department computer inventory and ordering system.
Communication Skills:
- Ability to understand and following instructions.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and company personnel.
Verbal and Writing Ability:
- Ability to comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos.
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers and other employees.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
