Automotive Technician Requirements:
- 5 Years of Automotive Repair experience required
- Diagnostic / Troubleshooting experience required
- Union shop must be open to joining the union required
- Engine, Transmission, and Electrical experience preferred
- experience performing warranty and recall repairs preferred
- Ford and/or Lincoln Dealership experience or Certifications preferred

Automotive Technician Responsibilities:
- This role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining Ford and Lincoln vehicles
- Responsibilities include performing bumper-to-bumper diagnostics and repairs, preventative maintenance, engine, transmission, brake, steering, suspension, HVAC, electrical, warranty, and recall repairs
- Work primarily includes servicing Ford and Lincoln cars, SUVs, and light trucks, with occasional repairs on other vehicle makes and models
- Use diagnostic tools to test vehicle components
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Perform quality inspections prior to returning the vehicle
- As an automotive mechanic you will work in a clean safe environment
