Title: Export Compliance & IT Audit Manager
Location: FULLY remote! Must be located in the USA
Salary: $125k-$175k base + Full Benefits

At this time, we are looking for a Export Compliance & IT Audit Manager to join our IT Compliance team.
What You'll Do:
As an Internal Auditor specializing in Export Assurance & Control, you'll play a critical role in ensuring WhiteFiber's compliance with U.S. and international export regulations, including ITAR, EAR, and OFAC. You'll design and maintain export control policies, conduct internal audits and risk assessments, and manage export licenses and documentation. You'll perform restricted party screenings and collaborate with cross-functional teams to address audit findings and implement corrective actions. In addition, you'll lead IT risk and control audits, analyze audit data to identify trends, and evaluate new systems and processes to enhance organizational efficiency and mitigate risk. Your work will directly support the company's global trade operations and IT governance initiatives.
Looking For:
Strong knowledge of Export Assurance & Control, ITGC, ITAC, and SDLC.
Certifications: CISA required; CGEIT, ECoP, and CUSECO preferred.
Proficiency in audit software, data analysis tools, M365, and Google Workspace.
Expertise in U.S. export regulations and denied party screening.
Ability to classify complex technical products for export.
Experience with trade compliance software (SAP GTS, Oracle GTM), ERP systems, and Excel.
Familiarity with export documentation and logistics coordination.
Experience with Vanta and Automation Tools
