3rd Shift Warehouse Supervisor
Location: Lafayette, IN (Caterpillar Plant)
Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM
Pay: $25.00/hour + $1.00/hour Shift Differential

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead our 3rd shift operations at the Caterpillar plant. The ideal candidate will have previous supervisory experience in a warehouse environment and strong leadership skills.
Responsibilities
- Supervise warehouse associates during the 3rd shift.
- Ensure a safe, productive, and efficient work environment.
- Support daily warehouse operations and team performance.
- Communicate effectively with employees and management.
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse experience required.
- Previous supervisory experience required.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work the overnight shift.

- Candidates must be authorized to enter the Caterpillar plant before starting.
