Job Description:
Responsible for ensuring all menu items are cooked and built to Kincaid's exact specifications in a presentable and timely manner.
Responsibilities:
- Properly sets-up and closes down station.
- Follows cooking methods and process standards according to the Food Manual.
- Complies with standard portion sizes, quality standards and ticket time requirements.
- Reads bag to ensure complete and correct orders.
- Communicates with kitchen team.
- Ensures cook station is always stocked, clean, and neat. Clean as you go.
- Adheres to all safety protocols.
- Always maintains a clean and proper uniform.
- Any other duties assigned by management.
Physical Requirements:
- Stands during entire shift.
- Lifts and carries cases weighing up to 30 pounds.
