We are partnering with a rapidly growing precision manufacturer serving the aerospace, defense, medical device, and other high-precision industries to hire Quality Inspectors.
This role is responsible for inspecting complex precision-machined components throughout the manufacturing process to ensure they meet engineering specifications and customer quality standards. You'll work closely with machining, engineering, and quality teams in a fast-paced, high-mix manufacturing environment.
Shifts: Hiring 1st and 2nd shift
Compensation: $28–40/hr (depending on experience)

What You'll Do:

Perform first article, in-process, and final inspections on precision-machined components.

Interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and customer specifications.

Inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, height gages, bore gages, indicators, and other precision measuring equipment.

Operate CMMs and other advanced inspection equipment to verify dimensional compliance.

Document inspection results and maintain quality records.

Identify nonconforming product and communicate issues to manufacturing and engineering teams.

Support root cause investigations and corrective actions.

Maintain a clean, organized, and calibration-compliant inspection area.
