Lead all on-site construction activities from mobilization through project turnover.

Manage tilt-wall operations including panel casting, erection, bracing, and sequencing.

Drive project schedules to ensure milestone and completion dates are achieved.

Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and field personnel.

Champion jobsite safety and maintain OSHA compliance.

Conduct daily planning meetings and oversee field logistics.

Monitor quality control and ensure all work meets project specifications.

Identify and resolve field challenges proactively to maintain production goals.

Maintain accurate project reporting, documentation, and communication with project teams.

Foster a positive, accountable, and team-oriented project environment.
