About the Opportunity
Re-Enlist to Life is developing a transformative, state-of-the-art veteran campus, currently projected to open in Summer 2027. This facility is designed to provide a structured, supportive community for 32 veteran residents. We are looking for an experienced, mission-driven Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to lead our clinical team. In this role, you will be a key figure in building a campus that honors the service of our residents while providing world-class, trauma-informed care.
Your Role
As the Clinical Supervisor, you will provide direct oversight for a dedicated clinical team—including one additional LMFT and three Associate Marriage and Family Therapists (AMFTs). You will shape the therapeutic environment of our campus, ensuring our clinical model is effective, compliant, and deeply attuned to the nuances of military culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Clinical Supervision: Provide direct supervision and mentorship to a team of one LMFT and three AMFTs. You will ensure the team is proficient in evidence-based, trauma-informed care that respects the specific values, language, and experiences inherent in military culture.
- Program Oversight: Oversee the delivery of our intensive therapeutic programming for our 32 veteran residents, including twice-weekly group therapy sessions and twice-weekly individual therapy.
- Billing & Compliance: Act as the lead for all clinical billing operations. You must hold an active NPI Type 2 for your organizational billing entity and have the expertise to manage billing processes for Medi-Cal and San Bernardino County healthcare claims.
- Documentation & Standards: Maintain rigorous standards for clinical documentation, ensuring all records are accurate, timely, and compliant with county and state regulatory requirements.
- Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with executive leadership to refine our clinical protocols as we approach our Summer 2027 opening, helping to build a sustainable and impactful model of care specifically for the veteran community.
Qualifications
- Licensure: Must hold a current, active, and unrestricted LMFT license in California.
- NPI Requirement: Must have an active NPI Type 2 for organizational billing.
- Experience: Proven track record of clinical supervision and managing multidisciplinary teams. Experience in residential or intensive outpatient settings is preferred.
- Military Cultural Competency: Demonstrated experience or a profound understanding of military culture, including the unique stressors and transition challenges faced by veterans.
- Billing Proficiency: Must possess deep knowledge of, or be an authorized provider for, Medi-Cal billing and San Bernardino County behavioral health claims/protocols.
- Leadership: Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to foster a collaborative, growth-oriented culture among your team.
Pay: $135,000.00 per year
