As a Customer Care Agent at Steven Singer Jewelers, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team and ensuring excellent customer service. You will be responsible for various tasks, including answering phones, processing orders, handling refunds and returns, and addressing customer inquiries. Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls and respond to customer queries promptly and professionally.

Assist customers in placing orders, including providing product recommendations and ensuring order accuracy.

Process refunds and returns efficiently, following company procedures.

Handle customer complaints with empathy and professionalism, finding appropriate resolutions to ensure customer satisfaction.

Collaborate closely with the sales team to support their needs and assist with any customer-related tasks.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the company's CRM system.

Requirements:

Prior experience in a customer service role, preferably in a retail or e-commerce environment.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
