Customer Care Agents
As a Customer Care Agent at Steven Singer Jewelers, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team and ensuring excellent customer service. You will be responsible for various tasks, including answering phones, processing orders, handling refunds and returns, and addressing customer inquiries. We are looking for energetic and motivated individuals who possess strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information about our products and services.

Answer incoming calls and respond to customer queries promptly and professionally.

Assist customers in placing orders, including providing product recommendations and ensuring order accuracy.

Process refunds and returns efficiently, following company procedures.

Handle customer complaints with empathy and professionalism, finding appropriate resolutions to ensure customer satisfaction.

Collaborate closely with the sales team to support their needs and assist with any customer-related tasks.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the company's CRM system.

Strive to meet or exceed customer service goals and metrics set by the company.

Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers.
Requirements:

Prior experience in a customer service role, preferably in a retail or e-commerce environment.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.

Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle difficult customer situations with patience and professionalism.

Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

A proactive and positive attitude, with the ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Familiarity with CRM software and other relevant tools is preferred.

Knowledge or interest in jewelry is a plus, but not required.
