About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated, energetic Operations Staff Member to help keep our facility running smoothly.
- Help set up games, leagues, tournaments, and special events
- Keep the facility clean, organized, and safe
- Provide excellent customer service, greet guests and resolve issues quickly
- Support the operations team with implementing policies and procedures
Every shift is different, fast-paced, team-oriented, and hands-on.
What We’re Looking For
- Passion for soccer and sports environments
- Strong communication skills
- Positive attitude & strong work ethic
- Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Physically able to lift, bend, and stay active during shifts
- Reliable and team-oriented mindset
Schedule Options
- 4-hour or 8-hour shifts
- Day, evening, and morning shifts available
- Must be available on weekends shifts too
