Responsibilities
- Cook and prepare menu items quickly and accurately
- Work the line during busy service (grill, sandwich, pizza, etc.)
- Keep station clean, stocked, and organized
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards
- Communicate with team during rush
Requirements
- Previous line cook / short order experience required
- Able to commute to Lake George, NY
