What You’ll Do
- Work on a variety of residential remodeling and custom home building projects—no two days are ever the same.
- Use your carpentry skills in framing, finish work, cabinet installation, decks, windows, doors, and more.
- Take on a mix of hands-on work and opportunities to learn new skills alongside a supportive team.
- Play a role in projects that homeowners will appreciate for decades.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven carpentry experience (5+ years preferred in residential construction).
- Solid knowledge of tools, drawings, and building techniques.
- Attention to detail, safety, and quality—you take pride in doing things right.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliable transportation and valid drivers license.
