About Us
We're excited to introduce Vin39 Wine Bar, an upscale restaurant and wine bar created to serve the rapidly growing Brighton and Reunion communities of Colorado. Our concept combines chef-driven cuisine, thoughtfully selected wines, and genuine hospitality to create an elevated dining experience unlike anything else in the area.

Position Overview
We are seeking hospitality-driven Servers who are passionate about food, wine, guest experiences, and personal growth. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, maintains grace under pressure, and understands that every interaction contributes to the guest experience. We are looking for professionals who want to elevate their hospitality skills, expand their food and beverage knowledge, and become part of a team committed to excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional hospitality through attentive, personalized service.
- Execute Vin39's service standards with professionalism, precision, and attention to detail.
- Maintain knowledge of food allergies, dietary restrictions, and ingredient substitutions.
- Provide accurate food and beverage pairing recommendations.
- Demonstrate familiarity with wine service standards and foundational wine knowledge.
- Communicate effectively with both front-of-house and back-of-house teams.
- Complete opening, side work, and closing duties thoroughly and efficiently.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service standards.
QualificationsExperience
- Previous serving experience in a full-service restaurant.
- Experience with Toast POS and Toast Tables is a plus.
- Ability to maintain composure and deliver exceptional service during high-volume periods.
