Typical job duties may include:
- Travel to customer sites to preform finish carpentry, framing, and general construction work on manufactured and modular homes.
- Install doors, windows, cabinets, and interior fixtures.
- Measure, cut and assemble building materials accurately and safely.
- Assist with modular sets, marriage wall connections, and finishing work after home delivery.
- Conduct warranty and service repairs for customers, including drywall, flooring, and trim repairs.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, vehicles, and equipment.
Skills and requirements:
- Proven knowledge of residential construction and carpentry techniques,
- Ability to use a variety of hand and power tools.
- Strong measureing, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work in varying weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
