Role Overview
Our Marietta facility is looking for a skilled MIG Welder to assist in the production of custom gates. You will be responsible for working with thin steel while ensuring that all output meets our rigorous safety and quality benchmarks.
Core Duties

Execute MIG welding tasks on thin-gauge steel.

Construct and weld bespoke gate designs based on provided blueprints.

Review finished welds to ensure they meet quality and precision standards.

Help maintain a clean and safe work environment for the entire team.

Adhere to all established workplace safety protocols.
Requirements

Demonstrated professional experience with MIG welding.

Proven history of working with thin steel materials.

Practical, hands-on welding experience is mandatory; certifications alone do not qualify.

Capacity to interpret and execute standard fabrication directives.

Provision of your own personal welding helmet.

Requirement to wear steel-toed boots.
TIG Welder
Compensation: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour, commensurate with experience
Hours: 1st Shift, Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 4:45 PM
