Adobe Drugs is seeking a friendly, fluent Bilingual Pharmacy Clerk to bridge the language gap and provide exceptional care to our diverse patients. You will be the face of our pharmacy, assisting customers at the counter and over the phone.
Key Responsibilities
- Bridge communication: Assist English and Spanish-speaking patients with their pharmacy needs.
- Provide service: Greet customers, operate the point-of-sale system, and process payments.
- Intake prescriptions: Drop off orders, verify patient information, and confirm insurance details.
- Manage inventory: Stock front-end pharmacy shelves and organize incoming product orders.
- Support operations: Answer phone calls, resolve basic questions, and route clinical inquiries to the pharmacist.
Job Requirements
- Language fluency: Must speak, read, and write fluently in both English and Spanish.
- Customer focus: Strong communication skills with a compassionate, patient-first attitude.
- Technical skills: Ability to quickly learn pharmacy software and manage cash registers.
- Background check: Ability to pass a mandatory background check and drug screening.
