We are seeking a skilled and motivated Licensed Plumber to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including water supply lines, drainage, and waste disposal in residential and commercial settings
- Conduct plumbing inspections using cameras and schematics to diagnose issues accurately
- Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics to ensure precise installation and repairs
- Operate company vehicles safely while transporting tools, materials, and personnel to job sites
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and welding techniques to complete projects efficiently
- Perform drain cleaning using specialized equipment and techniques to clear blockages and prevent backups
- Ensure all work complies with local building codes, safety standards, and industry best practices
Requirements
- Valid state-issued plumber’s license with proven experience in construction plumbing and remodeling projects
- Extensive knowledge of water systems, plumbing system maintenance, repair techniques, and HVAC integration
- Hands-on experience with plumbing inspection cameras, schematics reading, blueprint interpretation, and mechanical knowledge
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and operate construction site machinery as needed
- Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, welding tools, and assembly techniques
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients and team members
- Construction site experience with familiarity in interpreting technical drawings and schematics for complex projects
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to plumbing installations
- Valid driver’s license with the ability to operate a company vehicle responsibly in various environments
- Additional experience in carpentry, handyman tasks, remodeling projects, or HVAC systems is a plus
