Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated, motivated, and client-focused Immigration Attorney to join our growing legal team. This position focuses on representing clients in removal defense proceedings before the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR) as well as affirmative and defensive immigration matters before U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).
Prior experience handling removal cases from start to end preferred.
Requirements
- Must be licensed to practice law in Massachusetts.
- Full-time, in-person position.
- Ability to travel to immigration courts, USCIS offices, and ICE appointments throughout Massachusetts.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to accommodate occasional out-of-state travel as needed.
