Responsibilities
What You’ll Do

Diagnose & Repair: Troubleshoot, service, and repair residential heating and air conditioning systems (heat pumps, gas furnaces, AC units, mini-splits).

Educate Customers: Walk homeowners through their options clearly and honestly. No high-pressure sales tactics—just expert recommendations.

Lead by Example: Maintain a clean, organized company truck and represent our brand with professionalism.
What We’re Looking For
We need a seasoned pro who can hit the ground running. Here is what it takes to join the crew:

Experience: Minimum 5 years of hands-on residential HVAC service and diagnostic experience is required.

Installing and repairing AC units

The Right Attitude: High integrity, great communication skills, and a belief that doing the job right the first time is the only way to do it.
