Overview
At Sunrise Acquisitions, we partner with nonprofit organizations doing meaningful work across the Nashville community. We serve as the link between those organizations and the people they're trying to reach - through genuine face-to-face outreach, fundraising events, and people-first engagement.
We're growing our Nashville team and looking for someone who is local to the area, passionate about community, and ready to be part of that work.
What you'll be doing:
- Lead community outreach efforts by supporting events, grassroots campaigns, and activations that engage diverse populations across Nashville
- Represent our nonprofit partners at pop-up fundraising events and community activations in a warm, professional, and genuine way
- Help recruit, support, and coordinate community volunteers to maximize their involvement and impact
- Collaborate with local organizations and community partners to help strengthen outreach efforts and awareness
- Use social media and basic marketing strategies to raise awareness about the initiatives and causes we support
- Collect and track data on community participation and outreach effectiveness to help inform how we improve
- Represent our partners through public-facing engagement at community events and activations
- Assist with event setup and on-site coordination to make sure everything runs smoothly from start to finish
You're a great fit if you:
- Genuinely enjoy people and find it easy to connect with just about anyone
- Are available for a full-time schedule - this position includes weekends and is not Monday through Friday only
- Have strong communication skills and feel comfortable speaking in front of groups or representing an organization publicly
- Have a background in customer service, hospitality, retail, volunteer coordination, or community-focused work - or simply have strong people skills and a willingness to learn
- Have experience working with bilingual or multicultural communities - always a welcome skill here
- Are organized and comfortable managing multiple tasks or priorities at once
- Care about work that makes a difference in the community around you
- Are already local to the Nashville area and available to start soon
No prior nonprofit or outreach experience required. We walk every new team member through a paid training process before they're ever at an event on their own.

- $808–$1,258 per week - paid every week, W-2 from day one
- Paid training and structured onboarding

Schedule:
- Full-time hours - this is not a part-time or Monday through Friday position
- Weekend availability required based on event schedules
