Our growing company is seeking an experienced Electrical Estimator based out of our office in Holliston MA.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze bid documents and participate in pre-bid meetings to accurately assess project scope.
- Execute precise takeoffs and quantity estimates with attention to detail.
- Develop comprehensive and well-structured project estimates.
- Foster positive communication with clients and team members throughout the project lifecycle and beyond.
Must Haves:
- Proven track record within a minimum of 5 years in Electrical estimation.
- Background in electrical field (field experience and electrical license strongly desired).
- Proficiency in MS Office, and experience with relevant estimating software (Bluebeam, Conest, etc.)
- Strong organizational and planning abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Collaborative team player with a positive and self-motivated attitude.
- In-depth knowledge of construction practices and methods.
