Greiner Buildings, Inc. is looking for an experienced Post-Frame Construction Foreman to lead a small crew building high-quality post-frame structures in Washington, IA.
If you have at least 2 years of post-frame or general carpentry/framing experience and a passion for leadership, quality, and safety — we want you on our team.
Responsibilities

Lead and motivate a 2–3 person crew on construction sites

Read and interpret plans and customer specifications

Build complete post-frame projects including footings, framing, roofing, and finishing

Operate construction tools and equipment safely and efficiently

Maintain a clean and professional job site

Follow all Greiner Buildings safety and construction standards
Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of post-frame or general carpentry/framing experience

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Strong leadership and communication skills

Comfortable working outdoors and at heights up to 30 feet

Willingness to work flexible hours based on project needs

Weekly pay and time-and-a-half overtime for 40+ hours
