This position requires no prior experience. We provide comprehensive training for all new team members!

Position: Field Canvasser — Voter Registration Outreach
Field Canvassers play a key role in helping community members get registered to vote. This work is about accessibility, clarity, and connection. You’ll be talking with people face‑to‑face, answering questions, and guiding them through the voter‑registration process.
What You’ll Do:
- Engage with community members in public spaces, neighborhoods, campuses, and events
- Educate people about voter registration, eligibility, deadlines, and ID requirements
- Assist residents in completing voter‑registration forms accurately
- Provide official materials and direct people to trusted election resources
- Answer common questions about voting, polling locations, and absentee options
- Maintain secure, accurate handling of all registration documents
- Meet daily performance goals
- Check in with your supervisor at the start, middle, and end of each shift
This role is part educator, part organizer, and part friendly guide. You’ll help remove confusion and make the registration process simple and welcoming.
Position Requirements
We are looking for canvassers who:
- Can work 30 hours per week, Monday–Thursday, 10am–5pm
- Are highly reliable — consistent attendance and punctuality are essential
- Communicate clearly and consistently throughout the day
- Has the endurance and the initiative to talk to multiple people each day
- Are self‑motivated and able to work independently
- Can work outdoors and stay on task without supervision
- Have prior canvassing experience (not required, but helpful)
