We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee complex infrastructure projects from inception to completion. Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and closing of civil construction projects, ensuring adherence to project scope, schedule, and budget
- Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and other project management tools to coordinate construction activities effectively
- Manage project budgets and track costs to maximize profitability
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and project alignment
- Monitor construction site activities for safety compliance with all regulations and standards; conduct site inspections regularly
- Manage contracts, change orders, and procurement processes while ensuring compliance with all contractual obligations and regulatory requirements
- Supervise project teams, including managing subcontractors and field personnel; foster a collaborative team environment focused on safety and quality
- Ensure construction schedule coordination across multiple disciplines to meet project milestones efficiently
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation including progress reports, safety records, RFIs (Requests for Information), and daily logs
Experience
- Proven track record managing large-scale civil infrastructure or commercial construction projects from start to finish
- Extensive experience with construction management software such as Primavera P6, ProCore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office Suite, Construction scheduling tools, and other relevant platforms
- Strong understanding of construction regulations, safety standards, and environmental compliance requirements in civil projects
- Demonstrated ability to read complex blueprints and schematics accurately; proficient in interpreting technical drawings using Civil 3D or similar software
- Effective leadership skills managing teams in a fast-paced construction environment; excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement
- Familiarity with managing contracts, change orders, procurement procedures, and regulatory documentation
- Knowledge of managing complex infrastructure projects involving public works or heavy civil components is highly desirable
Compensation:
- Base salary range of $100-$150k DOE.
