Duties
- Gather patient history and update medical/ocular information
- Perform automated and manual pre-test procedures, incluing visual acuities, authrefraction, tonometry, and retinal imaging
- Ability to maintain medical records according to HIPPA regulations accurately and ensure confidentiality and data privacy
- Assist team members with front office responsibilities including greeting patients, repsonding to patient inquiries via phone and text messages, scheduling appointments, and preparing charts
- Office Hours Monday 9-5; Tuesday 9-6; Wednesday CLOSED; Thursday 9-5; Friday 8-4; Saturday 9-12 Noon; Sunday CLOSED
- Strong organizational skills; ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced clinic setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Proficiency in computer applications and software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
