Responsibilities
- Prepare treatment rooms and patients for dental procedures.
- Assist the dentist during a variety of treatments and procedures.
- Sterilize and maintain dental instruments and equipment.
- Take dental radiographs (X-rays) as permitted by state regulations.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and charting.
- Ensure treatment rooms are clean, organized, and fully stocked.
- Provide a welcoming and compassionate experience for every patient.
Qualifications
- Dental Assistant certification (if required by state regulations).
- X-ray certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, professionalism, and a team-first mindset.
- Experience is preferred but not required—we are happy to train the right candidate.
