DCNY Incorporated is a marketing and sales firm that partners with clients to increase brand awareness and drive sales through in-person customer interactions. We are seeking an ambitious and driven Entry-Level Account Manager to join our growing team.
As an Entry-Level Account Manager, you will work directly with clients and customers to support account growth, build lasting relationships, and help drive sales results. This Entry-Level Account Manager role blends sales, marketing, and customer support to give you hands-on experience and a clear path for career advancement.
What You’ll Do as an Entry-Level Account Manager
- Represent client brands through face-to-face customer interactions
- Provide exceptional customer support during in-person consultations
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
- Address questions and deliver customer support that builds trust and loyalty
- Learn and confidently communicate client product knowledge and promotional messaging
- Identify sales opportunities and contribute to account growth
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer support and campaign execution
- Track sales activity and maintain accurate records
- Participate in ongoing Entry-Level Account Manager and leadership training
What We’re Looking For an Entry-Level Account Manager
- Strong communication and people skills
- Comfortable working in face-to-face sales environments

- Organized and dependable
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in sales, or customer support is a plus but not required

Pay: $4,300.00 - $5,100.00 per month
