JOB SUMMARY
The Recruiter – Resources position is within Prolink’s Operations department and partners with key stakeholders to place and retain qualified resources talent while cultivating strong relationships and providing world class customer service.
RESPONSIBILITIES
● Cultivate relationships with manufacturing and engineering professionals interested in career opportunities
● Provide a world class experience for our manufacturing and engineering professionals through initiating contact, maintaining rapport, and providing extraordinary customer service
● Source, identify, recruit, and retain qualified manufacturing professionals for short-term assignments
● Educate prospective candidates on the personal and professional benefits of a skilled trade or engineering career
● Maintain robust pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings
● Strive for continuous improvement and career advancement
● Strong motivation to achieve results and meet recruiting goals
● Ability to work in fast-paced environment and maintain a sense of urgency
● Client-centered mentality and passion for customer service
● Perform other related duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
● 2+ years of recruiting experience
● Excellent organizational, customer service, communication, and relationship building skills
● Proactive/ autonomous working mindset
● Comfortable performing in a metric-based environment
● Able to multitask and apply a solutions-oriented mindset
● Able to be flexible and adaptable to meet tight deadlines, deliver results, and quickly pivot based on shifting priorities in a fast-paced work environment
● Able to use a variety of business or technical programs to complete tasks
● High level of integrity, motivation, accountability, perseverance, and alignment with Prolink’s values
PREFERENCES
● 4+ years of recruiting experience
Candidates with additional and relevant experience, education, licensing, or certification beyond the role’s requirements and/or specific to the nature of Prolink’s business will be given additional consideration in the candidate selection process. If all minimum requirements are met, candidates with unique and/or diverse qualifications will also be given additional consideration.
