The AmeriCorps VISTA Systems Evaluation and Coordination Associate will build Womankind’s capacity by strengthening program effectiveness and equity through systematically collecting and analyzing qualitative and quantitative data. This data will help the organization better understand survivor experiences, identify barriers to services, and assess overall program impact. Through focus groups, surveys, data analysis, and systems research, the VISTA will turn client and staff feedback into actionable insights, develop tools to track system-level challenges and organizational responses, and keep staff informed about systemic issues affecting survivors. The overall goal of this VISTA project is to promote continuous learning, accountability, and data-driven program improvements across Womankind teams.
