Compensation: Scale Wages with potential $3,000 sign-on bonus and $200 subsistence pay.
Position Overview:
APIC is seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead field crews on electrical construction projects. This role is responsible for jobsite safety, quality, productivity, and coordination with project teams and sub-contractors. APIC Solutions services projects throughout the state of New Mexico; therefore, the ability to travel as required is necessary.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Supervise and direct electrical crews
- Enforce safety policies and quality standards
- Review timecards and monitor job productivity and costs
- Read and interpret blueprints and project specifications
- Coordinate with general contractors and customers
- Provide 3 week look ahead to project team

Possess an in-depth understanding of project scope, specifications, and schedules, managing any deviations, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.

Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
- EE98J certification required
- Minimum 3 years of Foreman experience
- Must have a clean driving record
- Must be able to travel

Strong electrical construction knowledge and leadership skills
- Professional communication skills
- Safety-focused and detail-oriented
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Must be able to lead crews of 4 or more persons in a positive manner.
- Must be Detail-oriented with the ability to read blueprints and work with an iPad.
