Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Office Assistant & Bookkeeper to support daily administrative operations and accounting functions. Much have prior A/P and A/R experience. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a variety of tasks and working in a office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and route incoming phone calls in a professional manner
- Greet and assist visitors to the office
- Process accounts payable, including weekly vendor check runs
- Manage accounts receivable and track incoming payments
- Maintain general office organization and cleanliness (including breakroom)
- Provide administrative support and complete miscellaneous office tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous office administrative and/or bookkeeping experience required
- Previous experience with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel) and/or accounting software - preferably SAP/Batchmaster
