We Rock the Spectrum Kids Gym is looking for an energetic, responsible, and child-focused team member to help run our children’s programs and create an unforgettable experience for our families.
This is NOT just a front desk position. This is a leadership role within our gym.
We are seeking someone who:
- Loves working with children of all abilities
- Has strong customer service skills
- Can confidently lead group activities
- Is interested in a future career in education, pediatric therapy, special education, or child development

What You’ll Be Doing:
Program Leadership
- Lead weekly children’s classes (preschool prep, drop-off care)
- Assist with holiday events and themed parties
- Help run Schools Out Camps
- Lead Parent’s Night Out events
- Create engaging, age-appropriate activities
Guest Experience
- Greet families warmly and build relationships
- Manage check-in/check-out process
- Answer program questions and explain memberships
- Handle bookings and transactions
- Maintain a welcoming, organized front desk
Operations & Safety
- Ensure a safe and clean environment
- Set up and break down events
- Enforce gym rules in a friendly, confident manner
- Supervise children on the gym floor

Position Details:
- Full-time ideal
- Part-time possible depending on candidate
- Additional shifts may be available certain evenings / weekends
- Energetic, physical role (not a desk job)
- $16–$20 per hour based on experience
