Advanced Practice Provider (APRN / PA) — Integrative Wellness & Longevity Medicine
Part-Time (with growth path to Full-Time) | Central Salt Lake County, UT
An established behavioral health practice — 20+ years in operation providing psychiatric medication management — is launching a new integrative wellness service line focused on the total human. We're looking for a provider who doesn't just practice this medicine but lives it: someone with deep expertise in GLP-1 therapies and physical health optimization who gets genuinely excited about longevity, performance, and helping people become their strongest selves.
About the Program
Our new offering treats whole-person health, not isolated symptoms. Every client begins with a comprehensive blood workup that reveals their biological age and provides deep insight into overall health. Clients pursuing body composition or weight-loss goals complete a DEXA body scan, and from there we build an individualized treatment plan tailored to each person's specific needs and goals.
Services include:
- GLP-1 therapies for weight management and metabolic health
- Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT)
- Hormone optimization and therapy
- Peptide therapies
- Comprehensive biomarker and biological-age assessment
What You'll Do
- Evaluate clients using lab work, DEXA results, and clinical assessment
- Design and manage personalized treatment plans across GLP-1s, TRT, hormone therapy, and peptides
- Serve as a clinical expert on GLP-1 protocols and physical health optimization
- Prescribe and manage psychiatric medications as part of our whole-person model (our team includes established mental-health expertise to support you)
- Educate and guide clients toward sustainable, whole-person health
- Help shape and grow a brand-new service line from the ground up
What We're Looking For
- Active APRN, PA, NP or equivalent licensure (Utah)
- Strong, demonstrated experience with GLP-1 therapies and physical health optimization
- Deep, hands-on knowledge of peptides, TRT, and hormone therapy
- A genuine fitness enthusiast — ideally someone who lives the lifestyle and leads by example
- Real excitement for longevity medicine, performance, and helping people transform
- Comfort prescribing psychiatric medications (deep mental-health specialization not required — we have that covered)
- Entrepreneurial, growth-minded, and eager to help build something new
Details
- Part-time to start, with a clear path to full-time as the program grows
- Compensation: $50/hour to start with opportunities for profit sharing incentives.
- Location: central Salt Lake County with easy access to both I-15 and I-215
