Duties
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business goals, including multichannel marketing campaigns across social media, email, print, and digital advertising.
- Manage social media platforms by creating engaging content, scheduling posts, analyzing performance metrics, and optimizing outreach efforts using tools like Facebook Advertising and marketing automation software.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, industry trends, and competitive insights that inform marketing tactics and sales strategies.
- Collaborate with sales teams to support advertising sales initiatives by creating compelling proposals, presentations, and promotional materials utilizing Adobe Creative Suite.
- Oversee website content management using WordPress and basic HTML skills to ensure up-to-date information, SEO optimization, and user-friendly navigation.
- Implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic through keyword research, content marketing, and performance analytics via Google Analytics.
- Coordinate email marketing campaigns using platforms like Mailchimp or similar tools to nurture leads and maintain client engagement while tracking campaign effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in digital marketing, content marketing, or B2B marketing with a strong understanding of performance marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in SEO techniques, social media marketing tools, Google AdWords (Google Ads), Facebook Advertising, and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics.
- Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for creating visual content; familiarity with print advertising is a plus.
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and product management processes is advantageous.
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft compelling messages tailored for different audiences.
- Experience with marketing automation tools and email marketing platforms to streamline campaigns and measure results.
- Excellent research abilities combined with strategic thinking to identify opportunities for growth.
- Basic knowledge of WordPress CMS and HTML coding for website updates; familiarity with budgeting processes is desirable but not required.
