There is so much you will be learning.... and we want to invest on someone who is here for the long run! It is important that you live "in the area" (commute ideally no more than 35 min) as reliability is critical for this position. Finally, the position we are offering is administrative as describe bellow, but it is a plus if you have phlebotomy experience, and/or have Medical Assistant experience.
Pay starts at $17/hr during training, but after a few weeks, you will go to $20/hr, and will continue to increase to $22/ hr base on performance. We also offer bonus depending on certain tasks you will be completing, which will take you over $22/hr.

About the opportunity: We are looking to offer between 20 to 36 hours per week, depending on your availability and skills. Lots of opportunity to grow!
Our clinic hours are Tuesdays through Wednesdays 9 am to 4:00 pm , and Fridays 9am to 2 pm. We will be closed on Mondays during the summer, and we are closed on weekends!
We offer a generous PTO at the rate of 1 hr per every 15 hrs of work. We also offer end of the year bonus, and employee discounts on supplement purchases.
Your Job Duties Will Include:
- Managing our Administrative Processes.
- Tracking and organizing all labs pending for our patients.
- Assist in resolving patient issues
- Checking patients in and out
- Managing our daily schedule
- Answering phones
- Preparing medical charts for our doctors
- Answer patient emails
- Helping any of the other team members as needed
- Filling/scanning
