Summary:
Jorgensen Farms is made up of multiple divisions, creating a unique agritourism environment that blends organic farming with special events.
Responsibilities:

Perform basic tasks such as painting, furniture assembly, repairing building fixtures, and general carpentry.

Perform repairs on company equipment.

Detect and report the need for major maintenance repairs.

Coordinate with the Facilities Manager to ensure employee maintenance/project work requests are addressed in a timely and professional manner.

Assist Facilities Manager with service calls relating to venue maintenance and upkeep.

Itemizing receipts for each job in an organized and timely manner.
- Using maintenance expertise to exercise discernment in reviewing issues and offer recommendations for corrections or improvements.
- Effectively communicate across all departments to ensure productivity and notification of the completion of projects

Requirements:
Qualifications:

Ability to work with hardware tools and power equipment.

Extremely organized with good communication skills.

Detail-oriented with an aptitude for problem-solving.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues appropriately.

Adept at using hand tools and power tools.

Must be able to list up to 50 pounds at a time.

Must be physically able to stand or walk for prolonged periods, climb ladders, bend, or crawl into awkward spaces.

High school diploma or equivalent

A minimum of 5 years working experience in a similar role
