Can Do Crew is seeking a motivated HVAC Maintenance Technician II (M-2) to join our growing team. This position is ideal for technicians who have a solid foundation in residential HVAC service and are looking to continue developing their technical skills while advancing their careers.
As an M-2 Technician, you will perform maintenance, warranty, and diagnostic service calls on residential HVAC systems, complete component installations, and assist senior technicians with larger repair projects. - Perform maintenance, diagnostic, and warranty service calls on residential HVAC systems approximately 3–5 years old.

Install components sold by S-2 and Senior Selling Technicians.

Assist S-1 Technicians with evaporator coil, compressor, and ductwork replacements.

Diagnose HVAC system issues and perform quality repairs.

Complete service documentation, photos, and invoices using ServiceTitan.

Communicate professionally with homeowners while providing exceptional customer service.

Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment.
Successful technicians are expected to achieve the following key performance indicators:

Membership renewal rate of 75% or higher

New membership conversion rate of 70%

Overall call conversion rate of 50%

Average ticket of $750

Callback ratio below 3%

- High school diploma or equivalent

Residential HVAC experience preferred

EPA Certification preferred or willingness to obtain

Strong communication and customer service skills

Positive attitude with a desire to learn and grow

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid California driver's license required

Must maintain a driving record that meets company Fleet Usage Policy standards

Driving records are reviewed upon hire and every six months
