Job Title: Ambulance Sales Representative

You will conduct product demonstrations, deliver compelling sales presentations, and work closely with clients to meet their unique needs. As the primary point of contact, you will play a key role in fostering strong, long-lasting relationships with healthcare providers, emergency services departments, and other organizations in need of ambulance solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and sustain strong, lasting relationships with existing and potential clients, including hospitals, fire departments, EMS organizations, and government agencies. Act as the primary point of contact, addressing customer needs and ensuring a high level of service throughout the sales process.
- Lead Generation and Business Development: Proactively seek and identify new sales opportunities across the country. Engage with potential clients, discover their needs, and provide customized solutions to meet their requirements.
- Product Expertise and Consultation: Advise clients on the best ambulance models, customization options, and features based on their specific needs. Provide in-depth product knowledge and guide them through the decision-making process.
- Sales Presentations and Demonstrations: Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of our ambulance vehicles and services, highlighting their features, benefits, and performance. Conduct product walk-throughs to ensure clients fully understand the value of what they are purchasing.
- Contract Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts, ensuring all details are clearly defined and meet both customer and company expectations. Close sales deals and work with customers to finalize purchases in a timely manner.
- Market and Competitor Awareness: Stay current on industry trends, market demands, and competitor offerings. Monitor developments in the ambulance sector and provide insights to clients on how our products offer superior value.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales goals for units sold, revenue generation, and profitability. Continuously track performance and adjust strategies to meet or surpass objectives.
- Trade Shows and Industry Events: Attend national trade shows, conferences, and industry events to showcase our products, network with key industry professionals, and generate new business leads.
- Customer Support and Follow-Up: After the sale, maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure satisfaction with their purchase, provide support as needed, and explore opportunities for repeat business or referrals.
- Compliance and Company Policies: Uphold and enforce company policies, ensuring that all sales activities are conducted ethically and professionally in accordance with company standards.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, with a track record of success in the healthcare, emergency services, or automotive industries. Experience in selling ambulances or specialized vehicles is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage customers, understand their needs, and present tailored solutions.
- Must have a clean driving record.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close sales and manage contracts effectively.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and sales cycles simultaneously.
- Ability to travel nationwide as needed to meet with clients, attend trade shows, and conduct product demonstrations.
- Proficient in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales-related tools.
