Position Summary:
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Long-Term Care (LTC) is responsible for providing compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility. Working under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or physician, the LPN delivers direct patient care, administers medications and treatments, monitors resident health, and supports individualized care plans to promote comfort, safety, and quality of life.
Job Duties:
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with individualized care plans and physician orders.
- Administer prescribed medications, injections, IV therapies (as permitted by state regulations), and treatments accurately and safely.
- Monitor residents' vital signs, physical condition, and changes in health status, reporting significant findings to the RN or physician.
Note: 2 years nursing experience in LTC / SNF / TCU & 1 year of travel experience
Requirements:
- Experience: 2 years
- Certifications: BLS, LPN License
