Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented CNC Machine Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will operate and maintain various CNC machines to produce precision components that meet strict quality standards. Ability to perform quality inspections, or desire to learn. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with advanced equipment in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Operate CNC milling and/or lathe machines
- Interpret blueprints, technical drawings
- Conduct in process inspection using precision measuring instruments like calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify part dimensions
- Perform routine maintenance on CNC equipment and troubleshoot mechanical or programming issues promptly
- Handle materials safely with materials handling tools
- Maintain detailed records of production runs, quality checks, and machine maintenance logs
Skills and Abilities:
- Some experience operating CNC machinery such as CNC milling machines or CNC lathes in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations required for precise machining tasks
- Familiarity with quality control instruments: calipers, micrometers, micrometers, and other precision instruments.

Work Hours: 7AM-3:30PM Monday-Friday

Education and Experience Requirements
- High School Graduate
- Min. 6 months of CNC machining experience
