Job Summary
As a Lead Teacher, you will play a crucial role in providing a stimulating and developmentally appropriate educational environment for children. You will be responsible for overseeing the classroom, effective implementation of current curriculum, and fostering a positive learning experience.
Duties
- Develop and execute lesson plans that align with educational standards.
- Create a nurturing and attentive atmosphere where children can learn and thrive.
- Utilize effective classroom management techniques to ensure a positive learning atmosphere.
- Work together with other teachers and staff to create an all-inclusive educational program.
- Provide personalized attention to students to support their learning needs.
- Monitor and assess student progress to adjust teaching strategies as needed.
Qualifications
- Experience in curriculum development and implementation.
- Knowledge of Montessori or similar educational methodologies.
- Verifiable successful experience working with children or students in an educational setting.
- Background in childcare, special education, or related fields is advantageous.
- Strong classroom management skills to engage and educate students effectively.
- Current Teaching Certification is required. A Degree in Early Childhood Education or relevant field is strongly preferred.
Must have reliable transportation.
Must have the ability to work assigned schedules.
