Restaurant Manager
Shoreline Hospitality Group, proud operators of The Mariner, Via Emilia, and Trattoria Amalfi in Mystic, Connecticut, is currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Restaurant Manager to join our leadership team.
We are looking for a hospitality professional who is passionate about food and beverage service and committed to delivering an exceptional guest experience. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with the ability to motivate a team, oversee daily restaurant operations, and ensure the highest standards of service, quality, and hospitality.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a restaurant management role
- Experience in a fast-paced, full-service restaurant environment preferred
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop successful teams
- Strong operational knowledge and a hands-on management style
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
