Overview:
We are seeking skilled Machine Operators to join our team. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of machinery to produce high-quality products. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement.
Duties:
- Operate and monitor machines to ensure proper functioning
- Set up machines according to specifications
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to keep them in optimal condition
- Inspect finished products for quality control purposes
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise during production
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Machine Operator or in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of quality control procedures
- Familiarity with stamping press, Fanuc, and CAD software is a plus
- Mechanical knowledge and understanding of machining processes
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Proficient in the use of hand tools and operating machinery such as milling machines
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Experience operating and/or working any of the following a plus: K300, 1500 Press, Press Machines, Cutter, and any other machines.
