Associate Chiropractor — High-Volume Family Practice with Full Rehab & Therapy Suite (Madison, CT)
Coastal Chiropractic & Wellness | Madison, CT | Full-Time | $80,000–$100,000+ (base + compensation package)
We see 700+ visits per week. You will not be building a practice from scratch, cold-calling for new patients, or waiting six months for your schedule to fill. You'll be busy on day one.
Coastal Chiropractic has served Connecticut shoreline families from Branford to Old Lyme for two decades. We're adding another doctor because demand is outpacing capacity — and we'd rather hire ahead of the curve.
What makes this different from every other associate job you're looking at
Coastal Chiropractic is a well-oiled machine. Every role is defined, every system is documented, and the team around you is trained to do their job so you can do yours. Your schedule is managed. Your new patients are prepped before you walk in the room. Your front desk handles the conversations that have nothing to do with clinical care. You adjust and you treat — you don't spend your day putting out fires that shouldn't have started.
Our office prides itself on delivering the highest standard of care in the region, and our setup reflects that. You'll be adjusting, and you'll have a full rehab and therapy suite at your disposal with a dedicated Rehab Specialist running structured in-office compliance programs. That means you can actually deliver comprehensive care — adjustment, rehab, therapy, and progression — instead of a five-minute table visit and a follow-up card. Patients get better faster here, and you'll see it in your own outcomes data.
You'll be mentored directly by our Clinical Director and by Dr. Mirante — not handed a room and left alone. And if you want a specialty, we'll train you in The TMJ Protocol, our TMJ system now being taught to chiropractors nationally.
What you'll do
- Deliver high-quality chiropractic care in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Perform new patient exams, report of findings, re-exams, and progress reporting
- Integrate rehab and therapy into care plans alongside the Rehab Specialist
- Own your patient outcomes — retention, compliance, and results
- Contribute to team meetings, training, and community events
- Documentation and performing imaging
What we require
- DC degree and Connecticut licensure (or license-eligible with a confirmed exam date)
- Confident, high-volume adjusting skill across diversified technique
- Genuine communication ability — you can explain care so a family actually follows it
- Willingness to be coached and corrected
How we operate — read this part carefully
We hold a high standard, and we're direct about what it is.
Benchmarks here are clear and measurable — you'll always know exactly where you stand, because we tell you. No vague reviews, no moving targets, no finding out in December that something was a problem in June. If you're falling short of a benchmark, you'll hear it early and you'll get help closing the gap.
We're a cross-functional team. Roles describe your primary responsibility, not the limit of your contribution — everyone here pitches in on patient experience, and that includes the owner. Communication is direct: if something isn't working, it goes to the person who can fix it, not into a side conversation. That protects everyone, including you.
We expect initiative, and we make room for it. If you see a better way to do something, we want to hear it and we'll act on it. Preparation and punctuality are just the baseline we all hold each other to — including leadership.
In return: you'll be developed, not just employed. You'll get real mentorship, real feedback, and a defined path forward. We invest heavily in our people and we protect our own.
This is a demanding environment. It's also why our team stays, why our patients send their families, and why doctors who train here get better faster than they would somewhere else.
