Responsibilities
- Operate machining equipment, including Flexographic printer and Burlap roller.
- Set up, adjust, and troubleshoot machinery like Flexographic printer and Burlap roller to meet production specifications.
- Handle materials using forklifts and other warehouse tools to move raw materials and finished products safely and efficiently.
- Conduct routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and minor repairs on industrial equipment to minimize downtime.
- Follow safety standards rigorously while maintaining quality control through inspection techniques and proper documentation.
- Assist in packaging finished goods for shipment and organize materials for production line readiness.
Qualifications
- Proven experience operating Manufacturing equipment.
- Strong mechanical knowledge.
- Familiarity with industrial equipment troubleshooting.
- Ability to lift up to 70 pounds throughout an 8-hour shift.
- Experience with forklift operation, warehouse procedures, or materials handling is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of safety standards in manufacturing environments is essential for maintaining a safe workspace.
- Basic math skills combined with Inventory control, Computer skills and tooling knowledge are advantageous.
- Must be able to do odds and ends work during slow periods. (Mow, clean, etc...)

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
