Our warehouse is the heart of our operation, where precision and efficiency drive our success. We are currently seeking a motivated General Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team.
Position Overview:
As a General Warehouse & Fulfillment Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the operational efficiency of our warehouse. Your responsibilities will include pulling orders, shipping, and organizing the warehouse to ensure a smooth workflow. The ideal candidate will be a team player with a strong work ethic and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
- Packaging & Building Packs: Assemble product packs, package items with accurate counts, and ensure orders are packed correctly and efficiently for shipment.
- Pallet Jack Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment to move inventory and organize storage areas while following all safety procedures.
- Pulling Orders: Accurately pick and prepare products based on daily orders.
- Shipping: Pack, label, and stage orders in preparation for shipping.
- Organizing Warehouse: Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment. Implement organization strategies to improve workflow, space utilization, and safety.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all company policies and legal regulations regarding warehouse safety.
- Other Responsibilities as Assigned.
Qualifications:
- 21+ years of age preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse environment, pallet jacks, order pulling, and shipping preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects, up to 50 lbs.
- Team-oriented with excellent communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills for inventory management and order processing.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $20.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
