Project Manager

Job Details

Murphy is looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee residential and commercial insulation projects from planning to completion.

Plan, coordinate, and manage insulation installation projects across multiple sites
Lead and supervise field teams and subcontractors to ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery
Collaborate with architects, contractors, and clients to ensure project requirements are met
Monitor project budgets, timelines, and materials procurement
Conduct site inspections and enforce compliance with building codes and sustainability standards
Provide regular updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders

3+ years of experience in construction project management (insulation experience a strong plus)
Strong knowledge of thermal insulation materials (spray foam, fiberglass, mineral wool, etc.)
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Buildertrend)
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with building codes, safety regulations, and energy efficiency standards
PMP certification or similar is a bonus
