Make Ready Market is seeking a hands-on Floor Supervisor to help lead daily food hall operations and ensure an exceptional guest experience.
This is a working supervisor role. You'll be actively on the floor supporting guests, assisting vendors, maintaining cleanliness standards, and working alongside the busser team to keep the market running smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily food hall operations
- Assist with opening and closing procedures
- Work alongside bussers to maintain dining areas, patios, restrooms, and common spaces
- Monitor cleanliness, trash removal, and overall facility presentation
- Engage with guests and resolve concerns professionally
- Support vendors with operational needs
- Conduct facility walkthroughs and report maintenance issues
- Ensure safety, cleanliness, and hospitality standards are consistently met
Qualifications
- Hospitality, restaurant, venue, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead by example and work as part of a team
- Comfortable performing physical work and being on your feet for extended periods
- Reliable, organized, and guest-focused
