Guest Experience Agent - Full Time

Minute Suites offers private suites inside security that are clean, quiet, and safe. Guests are able to work, nap, relax & more!
We are currently hiring full time guest experience agents (GEA’s) who are outgoing, fun, & and highly motivated in fulfilling memorable guest experiences.
GEA’s will be paid $16/per hour plus earn commissions.
Important Job Functions will include:
- Possesses knowledge of all Minute Suites services and products.
- Maintain a highly groomed appearance
- Adequately explain services and routinely handle guest check-ins.
- Assertive suggestive selling at the beginning and end of guest experiences.
- Ensure that the store is clean and well organized at all times.
- Maintaining merchandise and visual displays
- Performing routine inventory counts
- Meticulously clean and organize suites to ensure quality
- Answering phones and greeting guest properly and promptly
- Scheduling & time management
- Operating registers and Scanners
- Light housekeeping and Deep cleaning when needed
Minimum Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, retail, or airport appreciated
- Extraordinary customer service standards and integrity
- Able to stand and be attentive for 8 hours
- Basic computer knowledge necessary, including Microsoft Word, Excel, etc. (associate will be trained on POS)
- Excellent communication skills
- Positive attitude with an outgoing nature
- Flexible availability including overnights, weekends, and holidays
- High School Diploma or GED required
