Elevare Creative is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Operations & Quality Control Coordinator to manage the delivery of our real estate media.
This is not a photography position. Our photographers capture the properties, and the editing is mostly taken care of by our systems. Your responsibility is making sure every project is complete, polished, organized, and delivered to our clients at the highest standard.
If you enjoy creating organized workflows, catching small details that others miss, and making sure everything is perfect before it reaches the client, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
You’ll own the workflow from the moment a photographer uploads media until the client receives their final delivery.
Responsibilities include:
- Monitor incoming projects in Tonomo
- Verify photographers have uploaded all required files
- Perform quality control on all photos before delivery
- Make Photoshop edits when necessary (remove distractions, straighten objects, replace skies when needed, etc.)
- Organize and rename photos
- Maintain organized Dropbox folders
- Upload photos, videos, 3D tours, floor plans, and other media into Tonomo
- Deliver completed projects to clients
- Handle client revision requests
- Coordinate virtual staging orders
- Follow up on missing files or incomplete projects
- Maintain delivery timelines
- Ensure every project meets Elevare Creative’s quality standards
Requirements
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Experience using Adobe Photoshop
- Experience with Lightroom
- Comfortable performing photo retouching when needed
- Experience organizing files in Dropbox
- Strong written English
- Reliable internet connection
- Comfortable learning new software and workflows
- Able to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
